Flower Art Istanbul is an Istanbul-based flower & gift delivery service helping you stay close to your loved ones — even when you’re abroad. We create premium arrangements and thoughtful gifts, then deliver them across Istanbul with care and attention to detail.

From birthdays and anniversaries to “just because” surprises, we focus on three things: fresh quality, reliable delivery, and an easy ordering experience.

We offer secure online payments, including:

All payments are processed through encrypted, secure payment infrastructure for maximum protection.

Because flowers and most personalized items are prepared specifically for each order, returns are not accepted once production has started or the delivery is completed.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately — we will always do our best to make it right.

Yes — same-day delivery is available for orders placed within our daily cut-off time. Availability can vary by district and selected time slot, so we recommend ordering earlier in the day for urgent deliveries.

If the recipient’s address details are incomplete, our team can discreetly reach out to confirm the best delivery time and location.

If we cannot reach the recipient on the delivery day, we will attempt to contact you as well. If neither party can be reached, the order will be returned to our shop and the next steps will be coordinated with you.

Please note: custom-prepared floral arrangements are not eligible for return once prepared.
